Floral Preservation & Booking

Our Process

The preservation of your florals begins as soon as they arrive. Each bloom is handled with care and attention, allowing us to preserve every petal with precision. From start to finish, the process may take up to 12–16 weeks, resulting in a keepsake of enduring beauty. Please see our Gallery page for the moments we have preserved.

Step 1: Book your day

Contact us to book the day your florals will be dropped off to us with the form below.

To ensure the highest quality of preservation, please schedule the drop off of your event flowers and/or bouquet no later than two days after your event. We will provide you with instructions to best keep your flowers fresh and protected prior to drop off.

In partnership with Four Seasons Floristry, we offer a 10% discount on our preserved floral frames and shadow boxes. If your event is booked through Four Seasons Floristry, you will receive complimentary pickup of your florals and delivery of your completed keepsake.

Step 2: Choose your keepsake

Explore our galley for inspiration! Contact us to let us know your chosen frame and include any special details or ideas to guide our design of your keepsake. Any pictures or examples of how you want your keepsake are more than welcome!

Step 3: Review & finalize your design

We will create a design proof for your review, and upon your approval, your arrangement will be carefully secured onto your chosen frame or shadow box. 

Complimentary revisions are included to ensure your keepsake is exactly as you envision.

Step 4: Delivery & Pickup

Your completed keepsake will be thoughtfully packaged, and we will contact you via email to arrange for delivery or pickup. Delivery prices vary by area. 

The delivery fee for Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond and New Westminster is $20.

The delivery fee for North Vancouver, West Vancouver, Port Moody, Port Coquitlam, Coquitlam, Surrey, Langley and Delta is $40
